These are a collection of Cusrev reviews going to 2025. We don't currently use a review platform because Cusrev informed us that due to legal reasons (they wouldn't specify) that they cannot host our reviews on their platform anymore. A kick in the teeth for us but it's not the first time it has happened - Trustpilot did the same thing to us too with thousands of reviews even though we scored 4.9/5.

We could potentially set up another review system, but what's the point if we cannot get an independent third party to host and verify them so you guys can see they're not edited or written by ourselves. If you want to verify we are good folks, just ask around - we've been running Cylocybe for 9 years and had tens of thousands of customers with barely any legitimate complaints that we've not been able to resolve with the customer.

i never expect more than i buy but am greateful for when they do.

website feels a bit wonky even after upgrades. try smth like shopify or alternatives unless u can get a proper dev team. the order flow and payment could be improved too. it takes a bit long to confirm everything. as for the quality of products and customer service and experience, u guys are very good. keep it up!

Best website for spores or mushroom growing supplies. It took a while to re open after Christmas but with covid I completely understood. All items came prepared and packaged professionally and there was even a free gift for my wait. Everything I ordered has been perfect and I've had no issues with contamination. Returning customer guaranteed!
