September 2026: We only provide scalpels with this kit to customers who've ordered with us in the past, prior to September 2026. Otherwise if you want scalpels you will either need to provide proof of age to us (a hassle for us tbh) OR to beter: to have Royal Mail confirm that at the door (which you'd need to send an extra £5 for when paying as they charge extra for that service). If this is a nuisance, just know we dropped the price of this product down to £20 from £40 until we can figure out a better solution to scalpels that does the same job and is sterile - ...and in writing that; I might have a nifty solution that we'll need to test to see if it works (brb! 🙂

Packed within a breathable sterile bag, you can remove the AgarPots for inoculation and easily place them back inside to colonise cleanly.

Once you have clean growth, simply cut a wedge of mycelium and drop it into our SpawnTubs.
