Free replacements

EZ-Replacement.

Anything marked EZ-Replacement can be replaced free within 12 weeks of dispatch.

Anything marked 'EZ-REPLACEMENT' is covered with a free guaranteed replacement for 12 weeks after dispatch, and the best bit - you don't need to pay an extra penny for it. That's most of our grow kits, spawn and liquid cultures, and even our magic mushroom spores have it (except prints and wild-collected spores!).

Oh and it's just a button click. Y'know, just one of those common self-service replacement buttons you've never seen on any shop ever.

Too many people abandon this hobby because they've messed up, or nature's done a number on them at the final hurdle. A second chance is what we're offering. Ahhh, what can be more human 🙂

How to claim
You do it yourself and it takes all of about 15 seconds.
  1. Sign in to the account that placed the order and open the EZ-Replacements tab.
  2. Pick the order and the item. If more than one is affected, say how many.
  3. It lands in your basket at ÂŁ0. Marked as a free replacement.
  4. Check out and pay the postage. That is the only thing you pay.
If you have any problems, just drop us an email. It's a new system and might have some rough edges until it's been fully battle tested.

If something can't be claimed, for example because the 12 weeks are up or the order hasn't gone out yet, the claim screen will say so.
Checked out as a guest?

You're still covered. Get in touch with your order number and the item, and we'll sort your replacement for you. You can message us from Messages in your account, tap Chat with us in the bottom right, or use our contact form.

Want a different strain instead?

On spore syringes you can swap rather than take the same one back. Any Cubensis syringe of the same size that is in stock - free if it is the same price or less, and if it is a higher price you just pay the difference. Grow kits can swap too: a cheaper kit is free (and if the value of yours covers it, you can take more than one), or pay the difference for a dearer kit.

What is not covered
  • Spore prints.
  • Wild-collected spores, such as Liberty Caps and Wavy Caps. They're gathered in the wild, so they can carry hitchhikers.
  • The XXL DIY PF-Tek, XXXL Monotub, WeeZPZ and AgarPots kits.
  • Postage. The replacement is free, getting it to you is not. The exception, as always, is something that turns up damaged, and we cover the postage on that.
  • A replacement can only be shipped to the same address as the original order went to, and a replacement can't be replaced again.
Every product page and your basket show which items are covered, so you know where you stand before you pay.
Illegal use voids it

Psilocybe cubensis spores are sold for collecting and genetic preservation. Growing them is illegal in the UK. We do not sell them for that and we cannot help you do it.

If a claim, a message or an order note tells us the spores have been grown, or describes anything else illegal, the guarantee is permanently void - for every item of every order belonging to that customer - and we will not send a replacement (if we didn't we'd be breaking some serious laws that we aren't going to break for anybody).

Grow kits are for gourmet, edible species, which are perfectly legal to grow here.
