These are a collection of Cusrev reviews going to 2025. We don't currently use a review platform because Cusrev informed us that due to legal reasons (they wouldn't specify) that they cannot host our reviews on their platform anymore. A kick in the teeth for us but it's not the first time it has happened - Trustpilot did the same thing to us too with thousands of reviews even though we scored 4.9/5.

We could potentially set up another review system, but what's the point if we cannot get an independent third party to host and verify them so you guys can see they're not edited or written by ourselves. If you want to verify we are good folks, just ask around - we've been running Cylocybe for 9 years and had tens of thousands of customers with barely any legitimate complaints that we've not been able to resolve with the customer.

Quality product but delivery time was quite long ~7 working days ( 4 day weeks) so it took about 2 weeks for the product to arrive after payment.

I believe there is a benefit to explain: "your order is hand made to order, from the finest, freshest ingredients, in the UK, to give the best results. These are not taken off the shelf, which might be old. Hence the timeline". Or similar.
I fell into the trap of thinking this will be in the post in two days, and any delay is with the postage company. Actually the postal people were really good.
