Reviews.

These are a collection of Cusrev reviews going to 2025. We don't currently use a review platform because Cusrev informed us that due to legal reasons (they wouldn't specify) that they cannot host our reviews on their platform anymore. A kick in the teeth for us but it's not the first time it has happened - Trustpilot did the same thing to us too with thousands of reviews even though we scored 4.9/5.

We could potentially set up another review system, but what's the point if we cannot get an independent third party to host and verify them so you guys can see they're not edited or written by ourselves. If you want to verify we are good folks, just ask around - we've been running Cylocybe for 9 years and had tens of thousands of customers with barely any legitimate complaints that we've not been able to resolve with the customer.

So the order took a month to arrive, which was a pain for me because I was in quite a rush to get it. However when it did arrive, it's very clear that the products have been produced and packaged very well, by people who take great care in their work.

Review of XXL MonoBox Grow Kit (2nd Gen)

Quite possibly the best grow-kit you will find. Everything you need (apart from the spores and a bit of patience).

Been using Cylocybe since mid-2020, and the new hobby they've introduced me to has been one of the only good things to come out of lockdown. Their products are solid, well packaged, and they're always a pleasure to deal with.

These guys are great to buy from. I think they must be working very hard, trying to manage a rapidly growing business is never easy. I get the impression that they really care about what they do & also about their customers. I wouldn't buy anywhere else.

Not great.

My kit became contaminated. I've sent two messages now and have had no reply.
