As a first time grower and using no other equipment other than the monobox grow kit, I have managed to grow healthy mushrooms pins. Hoping to harvest next week! Very happy😃

Great service, postal payment went very smoothly and I received my order promptly. After a successful first run I cannot wait to reorder by next grow!

The presentation and quality of the products are honestly the best I've seen!

I love everything about this company. The customers service was excellent and the products are beautifully presented.

Absolutely the best quality product I was able to find! Brilliant customer service, great packaging, will order again for sure!

Unfortunately these could not be delivered due to an issue with the supply. However, the team made me aware of this in good time and did everything they could to make up for it. This included a refund and they say they will deliver free of charge when it is available.

Came in good time and great condition.

Absolutely lovely people providing a stellar service. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Professionally prepared and very neatly packaged.

Always efficient service. Dispatched and arrived fairly quickly as with every order I've placed so far, and very nondescript; couldn't really ask for more. I even got a free gift this time, for which I'm very appreciative.

Excellent quality product, personal service, fast order turnaround and communication. Love it!

Excellent quality products, personal service, fast order turnaround and high communication. Love it!

I ordered the 'Complete CyLab' which I received last week. The items were very well packed (sometimes a rare thing these days) with all items present, in perfect condition and of fantastic durable quality. I'm 100% new to mushroom growing and whilst I appreciate that there will be trial and error, I wanted to hit the ground running with my new hobby and I believe this kit will help me do that. I looked around on the Internet for a complete growing kit and this was the one that ticked all the boxes for me (I couldn't actually even find anything close to the Complete CyLab). I'm a little short on space, but this kit is the perfect size to store and use in my spare wardrobe without cluttering up my other rooms and away from inquisitive felines. I can't wait to be eating gourmet mushrooms next year 🙃

I found the process of ordering etc. easy and was very happy with the service I received which included communications regarding where my order was.
