These are a collection of Cusrev reviews going to 2025. We don't currently use a review platform because Cusrev informed us that due to legal reasons (they wouldn't specify) that they cannot host our reviews on their platform anymore. A kick in the teeth for us but it's not the first time it has happened - Trustpilot did the same thing to us too with thousands of reviews even though we scored 4.9/5.
We could potentially set up another review system, but what's the point if we cannot get an independent third party to host and verify them so you guys can see they're not edited or written by ourselves. If you want to verify we are good folks, just ask around - we've been running Cylocybe for 9 years and had tens of thousands of customers with barely any legitimate complaints that we've not been able to resolve with the customer.

Quality product - great scientific examination under a microscope. Would recommend and have done so. Some sample present better value in terms of volume, but the quality of product and service are excellent

I haven't finished growing my oyster mushrooms yet, but so far this is an excellent kit for a beginner like me. Very clean, good quality, sterile, with clear instructions and everything required to get started. The mycelium colonised the grains and medium quite quickly, and looks very healthy, uncontaminated and white.

The website is well designed, clear, informative and easy to navigate. Delivery was bang on time and very nicely packaged. I got a nice little laser-etched piece of wood as a thank you note. Friendly and polite staff too.
