Reviews.

These are a collection of Cusrev reviews going to 2025. We don't currently use a review platform because Cusrev informed us that due to legal reasons (they wouldn't specify) that they cannot host our reviews on their platform anymore. A kick in the teeth for us but it's not the first time it has happened - Trustpilot did the same thing to us too with thousands of reviews even though we scored 4.9/5.

We could potentially set up another review system, but what's the point if we cannot get an independent third party to host and verify them so you guys can see they're not edited or written by ourselves. If you want to verify we are good folks, just ask around - we've been running Cylocybe for 9 years and had tens of thousands of customers with barely any legitimate complaints that we've not been able to resolve with the customer.

Great guys to do business with, my order arrived promptly and was just what I wanted. I would recommend this company to everyone. Be it growing your own delicious mushrooms or buying equipment.

Always consistently well packaged, used to replace a contaminated tub (my fault I'm sure) even with a sab you still have failures. Only thing that it could do with is an inbuilt camera so you could take a time lapse of the process, and stop me from peeking. Maybe the new cy lab will have this feature. What is it with humans and impatience 😀. Anyway, human error aside, they work very well, they're dead simple to use, instructions are clear and if you stick to the basic rules you should have a good success rate. Defo use a SAB though if you can.

I’ve been a customer for years now. I’m always super pleased and impressed with the quality of the products and the professionalism of everything. I would never trust any other business when it’s time to buy my spores
