We don't use any advertising or tracking cookies, and our own ethical analytics doesn't use cookies at all. When you first load the site nothing is stored on your device at all. Cookies only appear once you do something that needs one, like putting something in your basket or signing in.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website puts on your device, mostly to make things like baskets and sign-ins work. Every cookie on this site is our own. There are no cookies from other companies, because there are no outside services running on our shop pages: no Google Analytics, no Facebook or TikTok pixels, no advertising, and nothing that follows you to other websites.
Cookies the shop needs
These make the site work. Without them your basket would forget itself and you couldn't stay signed in, so they don't need your consent.

Cookies the banner asks you about
These two tell us whether our own emails and on-site messages actually led to an order. They're ours, they stay with us, and they're never shared or sold. If you choose essential cookies only, wep_cmp only lasts until you close your browser and popups_attr isn't set at all.

Cookies only our staff get
A few cookies are only ever set for us while we're working on the site, such as wp-settings-..., country_pricing_preview, wmp_view_as, holiday_preview, holiday_view_as_customer and woo-share. Customers never get them.
Other things kept in your browser
Cookies aren't the only way a website can keep something in your browser. These are the other things we use. None of them are sent to us, and they're all cleared when you clear your browsing data.

Our ethical analytics
We run our own ethical analytics across our site. It uses no cookies, it doesn't get shared with anyone other than us, and we use it for security, for improving the user experience and for catching bugs. Our Privacy Notice explains what it records.

Changing your mind
The cookie banner shows on your first visit and remembers your answer for a year. To change it, clear this site's cookies in your browser and the banner will ask you again next time.
You can also block or delete cookies yourself in your browser's settings at any time, but blocking the ones the shop needs will stop your basket and sign-in from working.
