To help us respond to your query as quickly as possible, please include the following in your email:

    Order Number — Include it clearly in the subject line (e.g., “Order #12345 — Urgent Shipping Issue”).

    Urgency Level — Let us know how critical the issue is (e.g., Low, Normal, Urgent).
  • ✓
    Clear Description — Describe your issue or question as clearly and briefly as possible.
  • ✓
    Attachments — If applicable, include photos or screenshots that help us understand the problem. We only accept the filetypes: .png, .jpeg and jpg.

We aim to respond to all emails within 1-2 business days. For order-related inquiries, including your details upfront helps us get back to you faster.

If you’re planning to ask or say anything remotely illegal, we will ignore your email and likely be forced to ban from our shop. When it comes to putting our business at risk, an unacceptable red line has been crossed.
